Benefits of being sober
I think my beer belly is starting to go down and my face is slimming down

Just HAD to share that, sobriety is starting to give me some rewards

There are so many benefits to living sober. My favorite is waking up feeling good.

One of mine is knowing that I'll never wake up with a stonking hangover ever again (including the panic/shame/embarrassment/anxiety etc that goes with a black-out hangover) - that alone is a huge blessing!!
