Withdrawal Symptoms

I'm wondering what kind of withdrawal symptoms I could expect over the next couple of days? Had a bit of nausea this morning and irritated skin (but that could be psychosomatic....Dr Google)

How long till we start feeling better? What types of symptoms did other people have? I know from when I've taken a few days off in the past that insomnia the sweats like to happen to me.

I'm feeling a lot better physically then I was this morning, off course then the AV goes 'why can't you drink again'

When did people start to feel a lot better? A week? a month?

You will feel better everyday. I started to feel normal at 90 days. It differs for everyone.

An MD would be the best place to get answers to those questions.

That being said for me it would usually take about a week for the physical symptoms to subside. It was then mental depression and negative self talk that endured the longest.

My relapses have generally occurred when I'm feeling better and the AV is like see you're all good lets go have "a beer" to celebrate. And round and round it goes...

24 days today.
Keep going!!

I agree with seeks. Feeling better is the issue for me also.

After a month or so, I get the brilliant idea to just have a few.

Not an option for me, I must eradicate this completely.

My withdrawal symptoms were mostly gone after a week or so. It took me at least two or three weeks before I started feeling 'better'. But each day sober was an improvement on the day before.

I experienced insomnia, extreme anxiety, and sweating like mad. The anxiety got to me the worst. I couldn't sit still or focus on anything. That got better after the first week or so.

For, me I had other health issues going on, probably took the best part of 2-3 months.
Your mileage is likely to be a good shorter
