You've made the first step. You're not alone. You're not alone. All of us have done it. If I can do it I know you can too. Keep busy. Drink lots of fluids. Take a short walk. Play with the pets. It will pass, I promise. B.
Coming here and admitting you need help was the first step. We are here to help you get and stay sober. Any time you feel like drinking, come here and post instead.
I hope the support here can help you stop drinking for good.
Don't worry about Friday, you only need to worry about TODAY, make it until bedtime without a drink and tomorrow you get another TODAY.
