Day 5 baaaaaaaaabyyyyyyyyyyy

I never and I mean NEVER thought I could go this long without alcohol, and ya know what? That emotional pain I carry inside it aint THAT bad as I thought, yeah it sux but im dealing with it instead of drinking it away!

Im starting to feel a sense of control and freedom in my life now!

Thanks guys, its not been easy I can tell ya LOL but im feeling a lot better Well tomorrow will be day 6 then day 7 then day 8 and so on

Great work ... I always seem to get stuck in the past on day 5 and then go back into old patterns for a few weeks till I get my head around things and start again. Drinking it away only creates another problem. Keep going
