Hi iv noticed in the last few weeks my nails have changed raised nail beds in my thumbs on one hand has any one else had this?iv read its due to lack of B12

I would really mention it to your doctor next time you see them. I have ridges on my nails and I spent so much time googling it I scared myself half to death! It could really be anything or nothing. My doctor says that I am fine and it is mostly due to just getting older.
