Day 20

So its Friday. I'm feeling really good about not drinking for 20 days and actively reaching out when I need to. This is one of those times. Things are going quite well in my life but the desire to drink is loud today. I will not drink because I know exactly how I will feel tomorrow. Just needed to write it down. Thanks for listening SR community!

After posting this thread I promptly went to the gym for an hour. Endorphins up cravings down. Thank you for the support and insight that it will get better. And yes, waking up without a hangover felt great! Its amazing the things you can get done on a Saturday when you wake up before noon lol!
