Avrt
My experience may not be the same as yours, but I will say that I took the same "crash course" 17 months ago and haven't drank a drop since. AVRT has been the only tool I've needed to stay sober up to this point. Obviously it's only been a year and a half but that's at least a year longer than I've gone without getting drunk since I was 18 years old!
Congratulations on taking the AVRT Crash Course. Review it frequently if you feel uncertainties about its results for you.
Today, decades after first using it, I still feel refreshed by being familiar with the Technique of Addictive Voice Recognition.
It clarifies my ability to NOT repeat and permanently END any particular bad habit by using ONLY my own thoughts and feelings?
Before AVRT, my whole lifestyle had been severely altered with my immersion into never-ending-recoveryism. It was hours and hours per month of traveling, meeting, talking, spending, reading, learning, with a sense of struggling all the while. And, while it was better than being a drunk, my young family paid a heavy toll by my frequent absence for so many years.
AVRT helped me recovery from all that, too.
My naturally moving away from all other modes of recovery has made it possible for me to spend less than one minute per month keeping permanent abstinence in place in my life. I believe anyone can do it, too.
