liss, 2 things: theres always hope and yer not dumb!

when I got into recovery, I (thought) I was hopeless,helpless, useless, and worthless. through hard work on me, I found them thoughts to be all false- all made up by me.
it took T.I.M.E., but I don't feel that way any more.
you can get there,too!!!! its well worth the footwork!

Thank you again, I need to wake up to myself big time drinking equals these insane thoughts I'm rebellious demanding and out of control drinking stuffs me, makes me sick the next day and just exsist ! Gotta try really hard to stop this and grow up enough is enough and I need to believe I am enough x
