Day 2: Cold ankle?
 

So for the last couple days my ankle has been feeling cold. It almost feels like I have tight cuff on it. It isn't painful, isn't swollen, looks normal. I can walk just fine as well. I did have a pinched nerve in my back over the weekend and almost hit the ground when lifting. I could have maybe sprained it... I guess I am just wondering if anyone has heard or knows if this could be any way caused from alcohol.. I am only on DAY 2.... Just curious what anyone may think. Thanks!
