Got back onto my anti depressants first thing yesterday morning. Looked after myself and towards the end of the day I picked my hubby up from the train station.
We bought thor2 to watch he drank wine I drank cola.
Woke up this morning feeling a million times better then I have in a while I even slept well!!!
I'm gonna keep up with this and think positive as right Now this is what I need xxx

Glad you are feeling better this morning. Your right about having a positive mind. Think can do instead of can't do. You can do whatever you want providing you want it badly enough. The more sober days you can string together the easier it will get and the better you will feel.best of luck

With the money I'd spend on booze im saving or buying a cd or something.
