You're not alone. Many of us do...I did it over and over again until I finally got it! Just keep trying!

I don't think it matters so much what you did tonight as what you decide to do tomorrow and the next tomorrow after that.

Its almost like my life enables me to do this today I earnt £500 tomorow i will go to work for a few hours nobody will mind if i sneak off early its just to easy but i know I am wrong and one day I will be caught out its almost like I want that to happen but if it does im in a mess

My circumstances made it easy for me to abuse alcohol (or drugs) but didn't have a lot to do with me deciding to get sober. That came from inside.
