Deadly combination .

Give the meds a chance to work. Any drinking afterwards will further complicate things . I watched my friends life spiral out of control doing it

The morning after panic (that now lasted days) was the reason I finally stopped.

I couldn't bear it. Try some meditations on youtube if your doctor is being difficult.

Do them all day if you have to.

Please be well dear one.

Rehab sounds pretty smart!

My major drinking problem was greatly exacerbated by benzodiazepines, which became another rotten drug of addiction for 35 years.

It's never too late to get on track.....

If rehab is an option for you I would say go for it.

A few weeks in exchange for a happy lifetime sounds like a sweet deal?
