Well I'm at about 2 weeks now. Physically feeling a lot better though I go through patches of lethargy. strong Anxiety is still ever present but as far as I can tell that hangs around for a bit of time.

CBT cbtrecovery and DBT can help with improving low moods, works wonders for me.
