time to find me
Hi everyone
I found your site as I'm at my wits end with drink, recently Ihad a massive meltdown - made a complete and utter ass of myself and gave abuse to everyone around me.
The meltdown even cost me my rrelationship to a lady who I really thought iIhad a future with, it has also come to light that someone filmed me during this time and to be honest what I saw scared the hell out of me
I have now been to see the Dr and now have arranged weekly meetings with him, with other things to follow, yes Iam scared to death at the thought of a life without drink but iI can't go on like I am anymore
Unfortunately Iam out of the uUK at the moment - so can't find an English speaking as meeting, so I'm going to be using this site for the help and support I need

Welcome. I have been filmed before and it is disturbing. How about all the times there wasn't a camera. I sprout horns sometimes. You can do it. Camp out on this site and post as much as you can. It helps keep me on track.
