Day one AGAIN!
If you want to stay home and be close to your horizontal surface and such for a while, there are online meetings that you can attend. I often turn them on my computer and listen to all the others share.....I have not figured out my webcam, so I don't share myself, but listening to others stories has helped me at times.
If you want me to send you a pm with the link, let me know.

Hi 2Much - why not just call the specialist tomorrow and get that appointment made. Gym and work sound great too, get you out of the house. That always lifts my mood. Maybe you can convince me to get back to the gym too cuz boy do I need it!
The gym does help if you're up to it, I find it gets me back on track incredibly quickly, the endorphins and adrenaline pick you out of low mood and you start to build some self respect and self esteem back too which really helps.
Don't push it too hard though, takes the body a while to adjust to sobriety and strenuous exercises makes the body change physiologically, if you feel weak or dizzy at the gym take a break and drink tonnes of water.
Hope you're getting through all this okay mate you're doing so well, really rooting for you over here!

I'm sure we have all had several day ones. For me it was practically a weekly ritual. Just think of how good it feels when you succeed. Remember that this is a long-term process, failure does not mean anything short of never drinking again.
