New life plan
Hello everybody. Safe to say that this isn't easy, but here goes. My family has a long history of alcoholism, and I didn't stray far. I started at 15 with just a few beers with friends that led to about 20 beers a day for the last few years. I have lied, stolen, lost jobs, and relationships due to alcohol. Now I have a wonderful home with a great support group. My fiancé and I decided to take the plunge and make this an alcohol free home. 21 days now. Xmas eve I had a seizure and went by ambulance. A few days later I had another and was admitted into detox. Liver count should be between 14-41. mine was an astonishing 226. walking dead. im 5'9 and weighed in at 107lbs. With a high calorie and protein diet plus exercise form all the extra new found energy I have now today I am 121lbs. It is a new lifestyle, and can be difficult at times. Always looking for something to do since I don't have that broken crutch in my hand. Allready we have saved about $315 without alcohol. Thank you for this site. The end result may seem unobtainable at times, but is well worth the feeling that YES we can have a normal life.
