Still Hanging in there

So, I haven't posted in a while. My new job has proven to be time consuming and my 6 month old is teething so he's always crying.

I'm still not really counting the sobriety days and I feel like it's helped me immensely. I know that I have drank two days since January 11th, so I'm about at the three week mark.

I've been under a lot of stress looking at buying a house and the new job I mentioned. Not anything that's going to make me drink, but part of my sobriety has been identifying things that stress me out. I have to make sure I plan on these things and not get blind sided.

As far as how I feel, I have lost like 15 pounds, clothes are looser, I'm no longer on any medicine, and I have zero anxiety.

Great job Justin. Sounds like you have a lot on your plate. I hope you're finding time to slow down and reflect every now & then on your drinking and your life without alcohol and appreciate how much you've achieved. Keep on keeping on!
Stay strong.

Good job! Identifying stressors is about the most important thing I can do for myself. Sounds like you are doing that. Crying baby and house buying are certainly up there but are manageable. Way to go!
