Scratched to hell
I hate cats - which isn't true - you all know I love animals but this 10 week old kitten is fighting her corner - all I do is tell her NO you CANNOT get into my bed at 3am and bite the hell out of my right foot (not sure why it's that one - I wash them both in the shower)
I have A rh negative blood - it is valuable stuff!!
I don't really hate cats and thanks for listening Xx
PS It looks like I've been bloody self-harming - my right arm thanks kitten!
Still love her though and might need to harden up and sleep in a separate room X

To get my mojo back and after being 'followed' by an actor here I've been listening to Nazareth - May The Sunshine - YouTube it helps.
Sorry for boring post - just knew you would understand as fellow cat lovers Xx

Wear her out before bedtime. I’ve got one that is almost a year old. She loves playing fetch (yes, she begs me to throw her ball and she brings it back). I was really regretting having had gotten her, she was soooo mean and unaffectionate. Then we discovered fetch. She’s a completely different cat now. Or you could wear socks to bed.

LOL! I can relate. When my daughter came back to live with me a few years ago, she wanted a cat. I agreed and we started looking at the local shelters. She wanted a calico but there was not many of them available.
At the last shelter we went to, this mangy black and white male cat kept meowing at her. Even went so far as to reach out to her. We ignored him at first, but he was insisting!
So we had him taken out and brought to the "social room." He was a total love bug. After 10 minutes, we adopted him.
The next 6 months were tough. He would challenge my daughter, biting and scratching her. He knew I was the dominate one but thought he was next in line. We almost gave up on him. Then we read an online story about this type of behavior. The solution was simple. When they act up, grab them and hold them close to you on their back. At first, they will resist. Eventually they will learn that you are alpha and stop attacking/challenging. Today, he is an awesome cat.

Thanks guys - I feel a little embarrassed now but I knew this was somewhere I could offload and fee safe. I rescue and rehome (dogs mainly) so am kinda used to animals (have lived with them almost 40 yrs and mum grew up on a farm)
I am too soft - I got her as a rescue - looked into her eyes and wham! I KNEW she was staying - simple reason? people want 'pretty' animals and black dogs/cats are first on the list for euthanasia as they get over-looked - SO I specialise in rescue/rehoming them - they are just as loving!! Please give them a chance
I admit I am TOO freaking soft - I treat them as my babies - I need to harden up and let them (her) miaow in a diff room - hell she might even enjoy the freedom!!
Truth?? I am not supposed to have animals where I am
Thanks for your repies - a famous actor followed me on twitter tonight so I have been a little giddy - had his poster on my wall at uni - I was like WOW (he is into rescue too) - co-incidence so apologies if I've been off the wall - Kitty is asleep now YES on my leg - I WILL put some rules down and sorry if all this has been in the wrong section
Peace - out Xx

I once wrecked a bicycle over an embankment. Must have flew twenty feet through the air and into a berry patch..it was late and dark. Could have walked out easily but instead crawled through the stickers about a distance of forty feet to the road. I woke up in bloody sheets without any skin left on my arms. I was so proud

Thanks Odelle but I'm back to hating the furry little shites now You get them to sleep - and try and chill out with some you tube - they're virtually snoring but the minute you DARE to move those ear-fones into position - and trust me I did it like I was a spy, invading a foreign country - I was SO quiet - and there she is.. trying to play with them.
I'm just tired - I know I will see the funny side in the morning - its been 26 days now - I'm knackered and thanks xxxxxxxxxxx
