Many years ago I was very physical and active...and still am somewhat...but to a lesser degree. I miss it. A good workout, the sweat, the burning muscle's...the heavy breathing...the testosterone coursing through your veins...errr....maybe I'am getting a little carried away. Sorry.

But I still like working out !!!

Yes, the majority of elite athletes don't drink of do drugs. Do you think LeBron is going out and getting wasted? No way. Then again, there are guys like McCarty (just googled his Pawn vid) who are clearly struggling with addiction. They are human, just like us. And when addicted to alcohol or drugs, they will fall hard - just like us.

As for the Olympics, I was happy to be sober and wake up at 6.30am and watch today's hockey game! For the Europeans here, USA vs. Canada is definitely the dream match and have by far the best squads. Seeing them would be like watching a Barcelona vs. Man City soccer match (which I believe is happening in just a few days!). These are the international juggernauts that everyone wants to see go toe-to-toe in the Olympic Final! Canada won last time and it was well deserved, but the USA gave them a run for their money.

Also, let's not forget the World Cup is coming up this summer!
