Back to day 1
I'm sorry you drank Savarna but I'm glad you got back
It's different to change when we drank for social anxiety - I just had to accept that drinking was not an option for me anymore, and I had to be ok with feeling uncomfortable for a while.
The more social occasions I did sober the better I felt.
I'm not the most sociable person ever, but I do ok - and I don't need to drink over it

So proud of you girl....you haven't missed a beat this time.
We fall down, but getting back up is hard.
You are doing that....just stick with us and take all of the support you need.
We are all here for you.
Love Venus xx

Those relationships both new and old seem to often be a trigger for relapse. This time around in my sobriety I've had to really stay strong on not giving up on my sobriety no matter what. Clearly sobriety is important to you because you posted about starting fresh
