Loads of useful stuff here, I've already downloaded the app, been struggling through some hard times and stressful situations & trying to find a way through without resorting to my favourite 'medicine'

Hoping to sever my 20-year relationship with my 'loyal friend' once and forever and needing the support of people who understand.
