Feeling ok. Become terribly tired in the evening anytime past about 9am. Booze does cross my mind but not enough that I want it go break into a bottle. Watching TV and noticing how everyone has a drink in their hand. I could have one too but I wouldn't stop at just one. So before I get frustrated with cravings, grabbing a bottle of water and going to lay down. Blessings SR
Adjusting your sleep wake cycle can work wonders for cravings. Mine are a little wacky but it works for me. Bed by 9 up by 4. Maximize your daylight non witching hours decrease times of struggle. There's a peacefulness in my world in early dawn sets me up for a great day
