Hello - My head is spinning from reading all these posts! My eyes are being opened to what I have been going through that I thought I had to deal with alone. I have felt trapped and had no idea that was normal for a codependent person to feel. Amazing how much lighter my heart feels to know others are going thru this as well. Thanks
