11 Days. Yesterday was tough.
 

I'm feeling good about myself as I'm on day 11. Yesterday was tough as I had a horrible day work and usually I would of sent an SOS signal to the pub. I almost caved but gritted my teeth as I went past the bars and shops and went straight to a meeting and I'm so pleased I did as I have almost another day sober. Tomorrow is day 12 and I'm gonna do this! peace!

Awesome! Bad days at work used to be what would make me fail. I'd start thinking "I deserve this". Learning how to cope with bad days is just one of the skills we have to learn (or relearn). Congratulations on getting through day 11 and for waking up sober on day 12. Hang in there!

Good job - Looks like taking the initiative to attend a meeting during a strong craving resulted in the desired result of sobriety for your day. So seeking support = sobriety yesterday. Sounds like you just acquired a tool to use the next time you're in a jam. Glad to hear it worked for you.
