My 2nd Day....
 

Was ok... Woke up this morning after a surprising good nights sleep. Work seemed less stressful without the hangover band playing in my head all day! Tonight has been hard again, the 'voice' nagging me to have a drink. But i reread the kind post from last night, reread other SR posts and now in off to bed. Looking forward to the morning. Goodnight SR friends. Stay safe, stay sober. :tyou

Wonderful decision going off to bed without drinking. You'll be rewarded by waking up without a hangover.

Dollars saved since stopped drinking: $180.00. Pounds lost because of less booze calories: 5. Lack of hangovers upon waking: priceless.

Good job on Day 2. Each day you should feel a bit better. Really glad you got a good sleep - that's a problem for many of us.
