Welcome to SR Thomas :)

I never liked meth so I have no real experience to share, but you'll find a lot of support here.

RUN!!!! RUN AWAY!!!! I couldn't walk away from it. I had to RUN AWAY from it. Get all the help you can. Use all the resources that are available. In time you can have a brand new life. Praying for you.

Congratulations on your decision! I slept a lot during the first week of detoxing from meth and your body needs it. I tried to avoid the places and people that reminded me of it. Start taking care of yourself and try to eat healthier. Watch your health and go to a doctor if you start feeling really sick. Give it some time, you can beat this! It's been 17 years since I touched the stuff and glad it is out of my life forever.
