I just wanted to shout out that I feel so happy. I'm only on day 7. But.....waking up sober this morning was a blessing. The sun is shining. I've spent time outside today. Grocery shopping is done. My chores are done. And most importantly, I'm not having a battle in my head over whether or not I'm going to drink today. The answer always has to be no. When I know and accept the answer has to be no, I'm at peace and happy. Just like right now.
