I've entered into my 40's and realise I need to take care of my body, my brain and my soul :) I have a riding school, with 9 horses to take care of, work with children in schools, have 3 non drinking grown up children ..and now need to look after me! looking forward to all the positivity to be taken and given throughout this site :):ring

You certainly sound like a busy person . I found that after the initial part of recovery (which was pretty grim) , i found i had a lot more energy and optimism .
