Day 32
 

It has been 32 days since my last drink.
Feeling better and enjoying being me again. Went to my doctor and got a clean bill of health on my kidneys and liver. Thats the good news. I have autoimmune disidoder (disease). Which is the reason for my psorasis, I have to change my diet and eat more fruit. Fruit no problem, I am from Louisiana and I love my cajun food, this is going to be harder than not drinking.

Good news on kidney and liver. Changing diet? Tough. We have to eat. We don't have to drink alcohol. My doctor is testing me to see if I am pre diabetic so I will be changing diet myself. Good luck and congrats on 32 days.
