The Addictions Center
Day 17th:
I found a place where they can help me
First a doctor that interrogated me from when I was a teen.
I could not even remember exactly all I took and from what age really...
Have to have blood tests, I know I am ok but I got to 55 kg and still loosing...
Second a really good physiologist that actually understands addictions.
I had to do do questioners and more questions.................
1. Got to more planning of my life.
2. Get back to the Gym 3 days a week or sport...
3. Try to meditate 30 min a day to try to calm down anxiety.
4. Avoid situations and people (that is difficult).
5. Got homework for next visit:
4 columns:
+ CONSUMPTION: Benefits of taking V Drawbacks of taking.
+ NO CONSUMPTION: Benefits V Drawbacks of not taking.
The questioner:
Discovering motives you consume:
a. List of places you associate with consumption...
b. List of people you associate with consumption...
c. List days and hours you want to consume...
d. You think you consume when you feel in certain way:
* During or After and intense day.
* When you confront something you are scared of or gives you anxiety.
* When you do not realised something you have planned.
* When you feel someone has taken advantage of you.
* When you are bored.
* When you interact socially.
* When you feel bad with yourself.
* When you are depressed.
* When you want to feel with energy.
* When you confront a difficult problem.
* When you want to be pleasent.
* When you wish your personality was different.
* Others... expand
e. List places you do not think you would consume...
d. List people you would not consume with...
f. List days or hours in which you probably will not consume...
h. List activities you practice which are not related to consumption...
Hope you find it useful.(that was long to translate from Spanish I tell you!)
I have to work on it and go back
so they tell me things I will probably not like.
But If I do not make changes
I will sooner or later go back in the hole and gets harder to climb back up...
Enjoy the Test!!!

This looks really good Aiko, I wish you the best with it all. The list is very thought provoking.
This one was the major key for me when I first got clean from opiates.
I agree it was the most difficult. You are cutting ties with some significant people in your life. Your well being and sobriety must come first.
Congratulations on your 17 days.
