I was trying out a trampoline workout class but fell and badly sprained my ankle. I went to the docs to make sure that it wasn't broken and she offered me prescription pain meds. That was once my drug of choice and I declined. I am in a lot of pain at the moment but have to remind myself that those pain meds will lead to a much darker place.
