Today is start of day 3. Feeling a bit low today and my body feels a bit achy but other than that I feel ok. Have to be very aware of my av today as this is usually when I try to convince myself that I don't have a problem and can have "one" drink.

I'm on day three too, John. And right now is my trigger time, so I'm here instead of at the bottom of a wine glass. That voice was small yesterday but much louder today. Made it thru the grocery store without even looking at the wine aisle. Hooray for small victories. Congrats on your day 3, you can do it
