Day 70 - 10 Weeks

Hello All - Feeling good about making it 10 weeks without a drop of alcohol. Actually made my wife a few drinks for superbowl on sunday and had the willpower not to weaken myself. Doc says enzymes all normal, have no pains, and have stopped worrying as much. Strangely I did have a drinking dream last night. I had given into temptation in the dream and had a few drinks. I woke wondering which was truth...the memory of my dream or the 'other' memory. Strange. Snowing like crazy here in upstate NY... keeping busy and wanted to say hey to all. Wishing all a great and sober day.

Good for you Bill! Tomorrow is 70 for me. I feel like I've finally gotten to a place where I don't think about drinking or not drinking all the time. Do you feel that way too? How's your emotional state? I have mainly good days with an occasional really exhausted and cranky day.
