Wish I had found this tread 5mo. Ago...would have been so helpful..I never thought there was anyone but me ringing my hands at 4! Does get better..

The drive home from work has always been a huge trigger for me. It was like my brain did a flip-flop and I stopped seeing things right. Can't explain it.
