i remained sober for 12 days in September 2013 before slipping on 13 th day but today hope to break my previous record

hi friends today i am 18 days sober and have attended a few aa meetings too but the thought of alcohol does not go from my mind it strikes me atlest 2 times a day i have a high anxiety disorder and now the thought of a slip or a relapse is bothering me can any one tell me how i can take it on from here
