Don't think we need to be worried about a change of precedent this year either!!

I guess the only drama remaining is who is going to be MVP?

Well
Since the game tanked for any but the Seahawks fans
And the commercials were the worst in recent memory.

I was at a Superbowl gathering yesterday and I was actually a little relieved that the game was a 'blow-out' since the party really died down after half-time and I could leave with the other guests who were calling it a night early. There were quite a few people who stopped drinking early so no one noticed me not having a beer in my hand.

Never thought about it that way, great point!! . . . the parties and the temptation to drink fizzled out with the game being so poor!!

Having not seen the commercials for a few years now, I thought a few of them were quite clever, I'm glad the NFL have finally got around to posting them on their website!!

Super Sunday 2015

Greetings LadyBlue and All ….

Speaking of the Super Bowl ~ I thought of 'Earth-Day', April 22nd. Long ago, in a place far, far away (Denver) I decided to quit smoking. It was EarthDay. I decided to quit for a year – cold turkey – at the end of the year I'd be clear of the nicotine and would decide if I wanted to smoke, or not. 'EarthDay' became a target. It was easier to abstain and fend off the temptation with the EarthDay imaginary target in mind. (( I did quit, completely, for the year. ))

Yesterday I told my daughter, who is struggling, about my experience with a recognized holiday as a 'Target-Day'. I don't know if she's 'bought-into' the 12 month target or not, but she's dry now, and started on Super Sunday. The “Go dry, totally abstain, until Super Sunday 2015” might be an idea that could help. A well defined 'Target'.

Good Luck All. Floyd.
