No more counting days
I have been sober for 31 days since my last drink and around 90 days since my last benders.
Keep track of days and month now seems pointless. I am focusing on the future and what the world has in store for a sober Autan.
No more looking back, no more alcohol and no more guilt.
Thank you to everyone who has inspired me to continue on this path, long may I be able to help others too.
