Hi all. I only have 3% charge on my iPad! But I will be back after a sleep. I need to kick this alcohol. I haven't tried seriously before. There's so many people reaching out for help & I see there is such wonderful advice here. I'm hitting rock bottom. Too many bad days. I don't feel how I used to physically, emotionally & spiritually. Just wanted to say hello! Will be back later to share the details & read some wonderful recovery stories.

Thanks everyone! This is day 2 now. I already feel the urge - tell myself I'll start tomorrow. BUT I just read through some posts & it helped remind me that there's no time like now. So I'm not giving in. Thanks for your support. I'm really gonna like this community & hopefully in the future I might even be able to provide advice I'm going to do some Pilates. I can't message anyone as I'm only on post 2! Have a great day/night!

It's also my first serious trial with sobriety. I signed up to SR a long time ago but never bothered to really get to know and use it until early January this year. I'm still in awe with how wonderful a community I've landed in! Keep coming back!
