1 month
 

Unbelievably I have made it to a whole month with out a drink or any cigarettes. Never thought I would get here on day one. Been hard but has also shown me that great change can be made in one month. Looking forward to another clean month of sobriety.

Absolutely brilliant.

I can tell ya that that 1st month feels like it might as well be a year sober it feels so good. This is the first sign I had that my life could go on without alcohol. I keep having flashbacks to moments where now I realize it was always an abusive relationship with alcohol and it needed to end.

Well, congratulations!!! Keep up the good work and just focus on being a better you. You and everyone that loves you deserve that.
