Hi Everyone,

Home. Yay. Turns out I was sick with a 102 fever, awful cold. My vitals and liver enzymes were fine. Left early per doctor's orders. Glad to be back.

Ativan makes me a zombie. Blech.

And yes Dee, I have a plan. :-)

it sure does take some serious planning especially in early sobriety
so as to not deceive ourselves yet again into thinking
I can control it this time
