12th Day for the 12th man
Not much to post here, but part of my 'action plan' was to make sure I keep checking into SR and post something daily. Played my weekly game of basketball last night, first time in years I had this long of a dry spell, it was quite amazing how much extra energy I had!
It's the weekend of weekends, with the greatest game ever coming up! Go Seahawks!!! Super Bowl baby! Time to enjoy it sober!

What is your plan for the SuperBowl and to stay sober?
I have 9.5 months, I get high anxiety when I watch the Seahawks so I usually stay home, catch up on some NetFlix, and check the score on my phone. They hawks don't do too well when I watch for some reason so if they are up I will catch the last quarter. I have been invited to a few parties but I'm going to stay in, eat, and relax. You?

12 days is AWESOME, 12man!
We're having a big "Sober Bowl" party that I'll stop by after work on Sunday. Let's hope that by the time I get there it's a victory party!

Patty, heading out to a small party with some of my good friends... I've let them know I'm not drinking and they are all very cool with it so I think I'll be ok... plus it's kind of crazy but for the first time ever we will have as many kids (10) as adults (10)... so I'll have some responsibility reasons to stay sober.... I also found a cider brewer, little farmers market that makes all kinds of apple ciders, so I will have something 'fun' to drink as I'll have a few unique flavors to try!
I cannot wait for Sunday, been a season ticket holder for as long as I could afford it and have been going to games for as long as I could walk... 6 of my family members are original season ticket holders! We're huge Hawk fans... I'm so darn excited for Sunday I can already hardly sleep!!!
