Dear SR friends,

Just to let you know I have been clean for a Week today
I can not believe I did it... I had some help
and I throw all my stuff away, it hurt like hell but I did it.

And I am just telling the world I am clean at long last!!!
I know I will have to continue fighting with my head but just won a battle...
I do not want to get to the state I was... I really do not...

Just to say for helping me!!!
I did not mind sometimes you were a bit hard on me...
We are blessed to have SR!!!
and many more will GET SOBER thanks to all your support!!!

Aiko - Congratulations on a week!!! I remember when having an hour clean was a big deal, so one week is HUGE!!

FWIW, I needed people to be hard on me. I needed someone to break through my denial, but damn....it hurt. Just for a while. Today? I'm grateful for the people who were honest with me.

I'm pretty sure that you will feel the same. One foot in front of the other, one moment at a time, we move forward.
