Almost ten pounds lighter after one month of sobriety, and it's not like I'm not eating well.

Just over 3 months here and now starting to lose. The past 3 months I've been shoving any kind of refined sugar or carbs (in the form of pizza!) in my pinhole - that wasn't helping with any weight loss, but it sure did help me get through those first months of sobriety. Now I'm off refined sugar, eating low-carb and high protein…looking forward to seeing some results and breaking my sugar habits.

I never drank soda but in the first month of sobriety I was craving dr pepper and cherry coke something fierce. Kinda figure it's an okay substitution but only short term.

Haven't had a cherry coke in years, maybe I'll try one again.

I usually eat pretty healthy but lately been indulging myself a little.

No imbibing though.
