I do like my sodas and the odd coffee. I often feel a bit odd and my doctor says I don't drink enough. It is true actually, as soon as I drink something, I feel better. I did laugh at the irony.

Don't think I will ever give up my coffee but don't drink it past noon. Then I switch to teas. Bean juice is my favorite juice. lol.

So if want to start drinking tea, what do I get?
Do I add milk and sugar? Or do you drink it by itself?

Milk and sugar is a classic in the UK, not sure about in the us... You'd only have milk with black tea though, for green tea and herbal tea you don't need it try out some black teas first and see what you think. Also I'd recommend earl grey tea but some say it's an acquired taste.. As is green tea but it's also very healthy apparently and a lot of people overlook the taste for the health benefits.

Tea has lots of different personalities just like we do. There are literally thousands to choose from.

Experiment and have fun.

Morning teas are a little more robust and include some simple ones like Green tea, rooibos tea, etc. They have a little caffeine. Simple ones are orange pekoe or black. There are organic. I myself just drink them as they are or once in awhile I may add a tiny bit of raw honey or stevia. Others like some milk and sugar, just like people who drink coffee.

I do enjoy my tea but still love my coffee, (bean juice) in the morning.

Herbal teas are caffeine free and include flavored ones, (I like Bing cherry, for one) orange, etc. A few good ones at night are chamomile, Celestial seasonings has a sleepytime tea, and Bigelow Sweet Dreams.

Whenever I have a few cups of chamomile tea an hour or two before bed, it helps me relax and get to sleep by bedtime.....I noticed when I don't drink any the nights after, it feels like Im having some sort of rebound anxiety.....

Could this be like a chamomile withdrawal? I thought chamomile tea was non habit forming....

That is one of my favorites, I love that tea, it has such a nice flavor and I think it really does tame the tension.

I also love Clipper Organics "detox" it is a nice berry flavor.

Chamomile does have mild anxiety properties. I'm not sure if this is good or bad for your situation.
