Feeling antsy

Ta Sunday and I would normally drink all day but I don't want to and in not but feeling antsy, any advice??

Staying on SR helped me through a lot of those day Christmc - you'll be glad to wake up sober tomorrow

One day at a time. Call someone supportive in recovery. Go to a meeting. Read recovery material. Hang out here. Eat something. (((hugs))) this antsy feeling will pass

You can always occupy yourself with an AA meeting, too. That's my plan for later this evening. Video games and tea in the mean time.

there's also a chart room to site if you need some support. the button is located at the top of this page in the blue bar. it's been such a huge help me in getting through those times. also distraction is good, like reading or doing something with your hands (for me that's video games). hang in there. it gets better.
