I would get a lawyer. When I got a DUI I didn't because I intended to plead guilty and had read online the sentencing. Not sure if it would have made a difference, but I've gone to traffic court and seen a lawyer get people off things that made no sense.
This one guy admitted to a state trooper he was drunk, they had a dash cam of him falling over. His lawyer starts arguing the state never checked the grade of the road, so that's why he fell over. Perhaps it was slanted. They find him not guilty.
