Tough one last night.
 

Went to dinner last night at my local pizzeria after my kids swim meet and it was a challenge. Seeing the big chest of beer by the register my AV started whispering "Wow that looks good" and "One is okay you have been a good boy this week". I felt like Smeegle from Lord of the Rings lusting after the One Ring. However I politely ordered lemonade enjoyed my pizza and took the kids for ice cream after. Here is to beginning day 16.

It does get easier when you have those successful moments behind you. It takes awhile for our brain to rewire itself with the habits that we have created...such as beer and pizza going together. I used to think how could I enjoy Italian food without red wine! Now I know that anything is possible without drinking. Those "firsts" are tough. Good for you! Go away Smeegle!
