Just hit my 24 hour mark sober again. One more day under the belt. 24 hour work day tomorrow so I won't be drinking then either. Just gunna keep checking in here, and reading posts. Gotta keep this up this time. I am gunna lose everything if I don't.

My advice would be to drink a lot of water, eat something, rest, stay strong and positive find distractions and keep reading these posts. Good luck.

Thanks I appreciate it. Gotta get past the stupid emotional stage... I am always bipolar the first week or so while in the detox stage. Happy one minute, crying the next. Blegh. Gunna go to the mall and look in to taking some classes that get me out of the house and out into what I am interested in doing as a hobby.
