end of day 4 some cravings
Anymore details on any withdrawal symptoms? Or is it just cravings, I always found working up a sweat worked wonders for me. If you have a exercise bike, or just running up and down stairs would do! It works for me and it might work for you! But if your body is tired and still withdrawing just do some light exercise.
Well done on 4 days bllit. Cravings are just thoughts/feelings - we don't have to act on them and you've done so well not to act on them, amazingly well. Keep going and remember that the longer we stay sober and work on our recovery, the better we can deal with cravings and the weaker/less frequent they get. It does get so much better. You're doing a great thing for yourself.
