Welcome to Day 2

Back at it with a vengeance this time. Today is Day 2. Feeling strong and committed and am really working on getting tools under my belt to keep the demons at bay. I was just checking out the SMART site and chatroom - nice folks and some good info there (for me). Anyway, I hope everyone is successful today in their recovery. Best to you all.
